1. General
These terms govern the use of teesspirit.shop and all purchases made through it. By placing an order you agree to these terms. TeeSpirit is operated from Skopje, North Macedonia.
2. Products & pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Because our tees are printed in small batches, designs may sell out and be discontinued without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
3. Orders & payment
An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or stock unavailability, always with a full refund.
4. Shipping
Orders ship within 2 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $50; a flat $4.99 fee applies otherwise. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.
5. Returns & refunds
You may return unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To start a return, contact hello@teesspirit.shop with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the returned items.
6. Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, photographs, and content on this site are the property of TeeSpirit and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeeSpirit's liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
